An important announcement about Promanex, Jefco and Thermal Energy Construction (TEC)

The Promanex Group currently comprises three separate trading companies: Promanex (specialising in facilities management and environmental services); Jefco (specialising in industrial cleaning and civil engineering) and TEC (specialising in cooling tower and mechanical services).

However there are instances where we need greater clarity about how we fit together as a group of companies and about how we all might benefit from making it easier to understand who we are, what we are and what we do - that potentially we have more to offer as one collective entity than we do as three separate ones.

So from early 2008, we'll all be known as Promanex.

Promanex will become Promanex (Total FM & Environmental Services) Ltd; Jefco will become Promanex (Civils & Industrial Services) Ltd and TEC will become Promanex (Construction & Maintenance Services) Ltd.

What are the benefits to you?

1. Increased scope: collectively we're able to offer our customers and clients access to a much broader range of specialised services.

2. Greater clarity: we are one entity providing a range of specialised services rather than a collection of entities providing a collection of services.

What's going to change?

The kind of things that you can expect to see change quite quickly as a direct result of this re-branding exercise are as follows:

• Stationery
• Web-site
• Signage and vehicle livery
• Overalls, uniforms and PPE
• Marketing materials

What's NOT going to change?

• The ownership, structure and management of the organisation.
• Our conformity with existing vendor criteria, including our company registration details.
• Day-to-day contacts within the Promanex, Jefco and TEC businesses.
• The commercial terms of our relationships with our stakeholders.
• The location of our offices.
